Our principle

This policy covers the staryon.fr marketing site and its contact form. It does not cover the Staryon platform deployed at our clients' sites, whose processing is governed by a dedicated contract.

Data controller

The controller for data collected through this site is the Staryon project, run by its founders (company being registered). For any question: contact@staryon.fr.

Data collected and purposes

When you fill in the demo form, we collect your name, email address, company name and message, for the sole purpose of answering your request and arranging a demonstration.

The site sets no advertising cookies and no third-party profiling trackers.

Legal basis and retention

Processing is based on your consent and on our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries. Your data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request (indicative period: 3 years from the last contact), then deleted or archived in line with regulations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, exercisable at contact@staryon.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
