That is precisely what the diagnostic settles, with your figures. In short: the cloud if you are starting out and your documents carry no particular confidentiality obligation; on-premise if professional secrecy, a regulatory constraint or intensive use makes it necessary.
Because a figure without context means nothing. The scope depends on your documents, your teams and the modules that are useful. The diagnostic, however, has a fixed and deductible price: it is our only public rate.
Yes, by design, and in both modes. On-premise, the server runs without any outbound connection required. In the cloud, hosting is European, covered by a data processing agreement, and your documents never train a model. In both cases: encryption, permissions per team and per folder, no usage telemetry.
None. We install and tune the platform for you, whichever mode you pick. Your teams then use it from their usual browser, asking questions in plain language, like a conversation.
You start with the diagnostic, at a fixed and deductible price. You leave with a costed roadmap and use cases measured on your own documents. You judge on evidence before any commitment.
Staryon always cites its source (document and page) for every answer. You stay in control: the answer is a verifiable starting point, never a black box.
In the cloud, expect a few days: there is nothing to install on your side. On-premise, expect a few weeks to source and prepare the hardware, then half a day on site for installation and the initial indexing.
